It does not work on blonde hair. There is some discoloration in the laser opening. I think that’s due to me having it up on the highest level, for so long, trying to zap my blonde hairs! LOL I did clean it and sanitize it. I would return it, but Kenzzi wants proof from the beginning that it didn’t work for you and I didn’t take pictures. So my loss is your gain! ☺️❤️
